Service Delivery
All services are currently via telehealth online, by phone, in the client’s home, or in community settings as appropriate (i.e. play groups, support groups, parent workshops, etc). Services for professional such as consultations, advocacy, and training are provided via telehealth online, phone, or on location.
I’m located in the San Francisco Bay Area. My California MFT license allows me to accept clients throughout California.

Supportive Offerings Menu
At Collective Nurturance, it is important that our services are accessible to everyone to provide equity in services and resources for the community. We a sliding scale for service pricing available to support this effort. If finances present a barrier to your family, please ask about lower rates than what is listed and we will work with you.

+Newborn Behavioral Observation $150
Purpose: to provide insight into the baby’s neurobehaviors, to make meaning of these, and provide anticipatory guidance and ideas for support for the baby’s nervous and regulation systems.
Age: babies birth to 12 weeks adjusted age
How it works: This assessment is best completed in the baby’s home environment with at least one caregiver present. The home visit and assessment are typically about 2 hours long. During this time the assessor with observe the baby and provide insights of the baby’s regulatory system, reactions to stimulate, and what could be supportive to their regulation and development.
+NCAST Parent-Child Interaction (PCI) Feeding Scale $200
Purpose: to understand the parent-child relationship, areas of strength, and areas of support needs
Age: birth to 1 year old
How it works: This assessment is best completed in the child’s home environment with a primary caregiver during a feeding interaction. The assessor will take notes on their interaction and provide insights at the end of the session or at a subsequent session, highlighting strength areas and how to increase these and areas of for support needs to inform a support plan.
+Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ-3 and ASQ-SE) $100
Purpose: to gauge the child’s developmental progress and indicate any needs for additional support services, early intervention, or referral for further assessments.
ASQ 3 Age: children 1 month to 60 months (5 years old)
ASQ-SE Age: children 1 month to 72 months (6 years old)
How it works: During a 1 hour home visit, the assessor will engage the child directly in a variety of tasks through play to gauge their development in the areas of gross motor, fine motor, communication, social skills, and social emotional skills (i.e self-regulation, compliance, adaptive functioning, autonomy, affect, social-communication, and interaction with people). The assessor will score the assessment and walk through the result with the caregiver. Follow up assessments may be implemented at different developmental milestone ages.

Ed advocacy/IEP support (mental health related), $250/hr
Linkage to resources and other services, $150/hr

What: Consultation services designed to educate, support, and guide individual professionals, groups, organizations, and agencies working with or supporting initiatives, programs, and policies for infants and children to age 5 and their families.
Who: educators, child care professionals, medical professionals, child welfare personnel, support service professionals (OT, SLP, PT, etc.), and more.
+Professional Development Workshops & Trainings pricing varies based on length of time, number of attendees, location, content, etc.
Topics: Trauma & Resiliency, Impacts of Childhood Trauma and Development, Co-Regulation as a Provider, Reflective Practice, and more.

This 15 minute meeting is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about therapy, my style, what happens in a session, etc. You can also talk about what you’re looking for in a therapist as well as any particular support areas or goals you have for therapy. I will do my best to answer your questions and address any concerns. You are not committed to move forward. This can be purely an exploratory conversation to gain more information.
Service Policies
Service Fee Policies:
Services are currently billed privately at an hourly rate (listed under “Supportive Offerings”) to the individual or organization. All payments are due at the time of booking or service delivery depending on the service which will be noted on the booking page. Payments can be made via credit card, Zelle, cash, or check. For more information about fee structures, payment schedules, and sliding scale (lower rates), please email suzi@collectivenurturance.com.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide 48 hour advanced notice of a session cancellation, otherwise the full session fee may be charged.
